Nagareyama L.E.A.D. is a general incorporated association that equips children in Japan with the critical thinking, teamwork, and self-discovery skills they need to thrive in the 21st century—through hands-on programs where they create real businesses, grow their confidence, and make new friends along the way.
At Nagareyama L.E.A.D., we believe every child already holds the seeds of leadership—they just need the right environment to grow.
