For Companies
Partner with L.E.A.D. to empower the next generation of creative, courageous changemakers through high-impact youth development.
Host a 1-Day Student Internship
Every L.E.A.D. student participates in a one-day workplace visit—a core experience that helps them connect their learning to the real world. By hosting a half- or full-day internship, your company gives students the chance to meet professionals, explore careers, and see leadership in action.
Whether you provide a team tour, guide a short design challenge, or simply share your story, this day often becomes a turning point for students. We’ll support you with logistics, prep materials, and student guidance. You can also sponsor the visit to ensure access for all students, regardless of background. It’s a meaningful way to invest in future talent—while showcasing your brand as a purpose-driven leader.

Sponsor a Student Cohort or City Program
Your sponsorship directly enables students across Japan to participate in L.E.A.D.—free of charge and full of possibility. Sponsor a full cohort in one city (typically 25 students), and you’ll help fund core elements like student kits, HeroPitch Day, and internship coordination. Sponsors receive high-visibility branding, impact reports, and two tailored engagement benefits:
- Option A: A 2-day leadership training for your employees, inspired by the same tools we teach students
- Option B: A 3-day mini Hero Lab program delivered to the children of your staff
This approach allows your company to support education, strengthen internal culture, and demonstrate commitment to the SDGs—all in one partnership.
