一般社団法人Nagareyama LEAD（千葉県流山市）は、このたび東京都が運営するTokyo Innovation Base（TIB）のパートナーとして協定を締結いたしました。本協定は2026年6月29日に締結されました。

本協定に基づき、Nagareyama LEADは、Tokyo Innovation Baseにおいて、子どもや保護者、教育関係者を対象としたアントレプレナーシップ教育プログラムを実施してまいります。英語と日本語によるプログラムを通じて、子どもたちが主体性や創造性、課題解決力を育む機会を提供してまいります。

一般社団法人Nagareyama LEAD代表理事 シールズ・サシャ・リーは、次のように述べています。

Nagareyama LEADは、2022年より子ども向けアントレプレナーシップ教育プログラムを開始し、2024年11月に一般社団法人として設立されました。これまで自治体、学校、企業等との連携を通じて、子どもたちが主体的に考え、行動する力を育む教育活動に取り組んでいます。また、SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 Official Ambassadorとして活動するとともに、渋谷区より後援を受けたプログラムも実施しています。

Nagareyama LEAD Enters into a Partnership Agreement with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a Tokyo Innovation Base Partner
Bilingual entrepreneurship education programs for children to be delivered at Tokyo Innovation Base

Tokyo, Japan — Nagareyama LEAD, a general incorporated association based in Nagareyama City, Chiba, has entered into a partnership agreement with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a partner of Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB). The agreement was concluded on June 29, 2026.

Under the agreement, Nagareyama LEAD plans to provide entrepreneurship education programs at Tokyo Innovation Base for children, families, and educators. Through programming delivered in both English and Japanese, the organization aims to create opportunities for young people to develop initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Sasha Lee Seals, Representative Director of Nagareyama LEAD, commented:

Nagareyama LEAD has provided entrepreneurship education programs for children since 2022 and was formally established as a general incorporated association in November 2024. Through collaboration with local governments, schools, companies, and other organizations, it has worked to help young people develop the ability to think independently and take action.

Nagareyama LEAD also serves as a SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 Official Ambassador and has delivered programming with the support of Shibuya City.
