Nagareyama L.E.A.D. is a general incorporated association in Japan. We design educational programs that empower students (ages 10–14) to develop leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
2. Program Participation
Students may participate with school and guardian consent. All participants agree to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Protect the privacy of others
- Follow safety and behavior guidelines
We may suspend participation if a student or user engages in behavior that is harmful, unsafe, or disruptive.
3. Website Use & Links
We aim to maintain a safe and informative website. However:
- We cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or virus-free
- We are not responsible for content on third-party websites we may link to
- Users must not copy or misuse any materials or data
4. Intellectual Property
All content—curriculum, logos, illustrations, characters, documents—is owned by Nagareyama L.E.A.D. or its partners. You may not reuse, modify, or share our materials without written permission.
5. Consent for Media and Creative Work
By enrolling in programs, guardians may consent to:
- Use of photographs and videos
- Sharing of anonymized student work
- Use of quotes or stories for educational promotion
We always collect separate media consent and honor withdrawal of consent upon request.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
- All programs are for educational use and provided “as is”
- We strive to provide a safe experience, but cannot be liable for unexpected technology errors, third-party platform issues, or user misuse
- Parents, teachers, and schools remain responsible for supervising children’s participation, especially online
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use implies agreement with the revised version.
